OpenText Utilities User Group Webinar March 30, 2022

We would like to invite our blog subscribers, partners, and customers to an upcoming OpenText webinar for US-based utilities. Date: March 30, 2022 11:00 a.m. ET. Topic: Customer Communications Management: Migrate from StreamServe to Exstream, and How OpenText helps capitalize on Customer Experience

During this webinar, Marc Rosso, the Enterprise Architect at Snohomish County PUD (SnoPUD) will be talking about the upgrade of OpenText Document Presentment for SAP (from StreamServe to Exstream Classic engine) and the implementation of Exstream Content Author and Empower Editor.

We at Ecodocx have been partnering with SnoPUD for several years. Because of the long-lasting and tight cooperation between SnoPUD and Ecodocx, and our strong expertise in delivering OpenText professional services, SnoPUD teamed up with Ecodocx in order to deliver this project in a timely manner by following industry best practices.

As part of the upgrade, SnoPUD moved from version 5.6.2 to 16.2. All customer letters were converted and rationalized in Designer and Design Manager, dynamic letters will utilize Empower, Content Author and Communications Builder.

As part of this project, both teams (Ecodocx and SnoPUD), worked hand-in-hand in order to reduce the number of document templates to a minimum, and allow customer service representatives to create engaging personalized customer communications on the fly, aa well as reduce any future template maintenance-related work to a minimum. In addition, as part of this project, SnoPUD implemented High Availability (HA) and improved security.

Join the webinar to learn more about this awesome and exciting success story.  For those of you, who are unable to join due to calendar conflicts, we recommend registering anyways and requesting access to the webinar recordings afterward. We hope you will find this event interesting and informative. Enjoy!
