Free OpenText Help during Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak

 

All our customers will not experience any difference in terms of provided services during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease outbreak. We are used to work remotely. We already established a plan on how to move forward with those customers that required our experts to be on-site. For us, it’s business as usual. Also, we will provide free OpenText support sessions in order to help businesses minimize the consequences of this outbreak.

 

We at Ecodocx are doing all the needed actions in order to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees, partners and customers during the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. Therefore, we are following the advice and guidelines issued by the local government and are closely monitoring the fast-evolving situation.

We support the “Stay at Home” order which requires everyone to stay at home, and limit trips outside the home to essential work and errands. That’s why our team of OpenText experts will be working from home as much as possible in the coming weeks. Even though we love going on-site and being at our customers’ locations, we have over two decades of experience supporting our customers remotely.

We will continue to use web conference tools that our customers are already used to, like WebEx, Zoom and other technology. And we will continue to benefit from Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access and Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections in order to continue business as usual. 

Also, we actively support our employees who are still on-site at our customer’s locations. All our people are instructed to immediately contact a doctor and inform us in case they have reasons to believe they are directly exposed to the virus or have symptoms themselves. We are doing everything we can to provide all the necessary tools and support to our people so they can continue to provide the degree of excellence in terms of services and business support our customers are used to.
